Question: It’s alive??

Answer: NO., They are not ALIVE, BNT's unique processing technology enabled to keep them fresh for upto 12 months.

Question: Is it processed to be bacteria and virus free?

Answer: Yes, It is processed with BNT's unique formulation to sterilize them externally and internally so that they are completely bacteria, parasite free.

Question: Suitable for betta???

Answer:  Yes it is suitable for all types of fishes including betta

Question: What is the appropriate way to use this?

Answer: Feed your fishes as much as they can eat and finish in 2 - 3 minutes. This is a high protein food with added natural vitamins and nutrients.

Question: Expiry time? Can we keep it in the refrigerator?

Answer: Expiry is 12 months from the date of manufacturing. It is not necessary to store it in the refrigerator, it can be kept at room temperature.

Question: Does it need to store in refrigerator or freezer, after opening? How long can be kept once opened? Does it pollute water, the gel in it?

Answer: No need to freeze it.. it can stay at room temperature for around 1 year from the date of manufacturing
